Please note, in order to claim a Medicare rebate from your consultation, you will need to obtain a valid referral from your GP (valid for 12 months) or specialist (valid for 3 months). We request that you bring all your medications with you to all your consultations and that you bring relevant scans, x-rays and test results to your initial consultation if available.
